Return & Refund Policy

We want every Sulala order to meet your expectations.
If your journal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Once the issue has been verified, we will either replace the product or issue an appropriate refund, depending on the situation.
Products that have been used, written in, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
To help us review your request, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
